Light a Candle
It is with great sadness that the family of Eric Roland Smith announce his passing on Tuesday, March 1 2022 at the age of 59. Eric will be remembered by his wife of 26 years, Tena Smith, and their children; The late Mark Dickmeyer, Dustin Dickmeyer, Rebeka Smith and Shawna Campbell. He was the proud “grand-daddy” to his grandchildren, AyraLynn and Lelynn Dickmeyer, Kayden and Gunner Campbell, Liam, Tinley and Marky Dickmeyer. On his down time you would find Eric either fishing in his favorite fishing hole, Or watching football. He loved the Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks. Eric is now at peace, joining his Dad,Mom, sister and stepson Mark in their heavenly home. I've finished life's chores assigned to me, So put me on a boat headed out to sea. Please send along my fishing pole, for I've been invited to the fishin' hole. Where every day is a day to fish, To fill your heart with every wish. Don't worry, or feel sad for me, I'm fishin' with the Master of the sea.
